The California Integrated Waste Management Board

This state agency has several programs promoting recycling including an extensive, searchable database of manufacturers, distributors and re-processors of recycled products. They use a general product classification format which includes construction(appliances, flooring, doors, products, concrete, finishes, insulation), agriculture, landscape and garden, livestock, animal husbandry (includes composting bins, erosion control materials, playground equipment, livestock bedding and flooring), marine (boat docks and pilings) and other miscellaneous products. Company information is extensive, with profiles, address information, and descriptions of products.
